The "S 55 SLEEVING" uses
a type of technology that brings an innovation in the world
of optical disc packing.
At the heart of the various processes is a handling system based
on continuous movement, enabling extremely fast cycle times.
Behind this technology lies fifteen years of SICHERA experience
which has enabled the realisation of this new concept of machine
in the optical disc sector.
The S 55 is a very versatile machine able to pack all types
of 'envelopes'
available on the market, including the wallet with three flaps.
Flap closure can
be either glue or label.
Provision has also been made to allow an optional application
to be added to meet customers special requirements, for example
a leaflet inserter.
Among the many special features, the insertion of the disc into
the envelope is very important infact the movement is managed
by a positive introduction that grants the product a minimum
friction with the mechanical support; this guarantees a total
lack of scratches on completely packed CD support. |
