 The "Wrap-around" cartoning machine model SICHERA S 13 represents the solution of our company for all products which are difficult to introduce in a standard carton or for specific type of cartons.
With this model of cartoning machine, we start from a flat cardboard which will be put into its shape and glued around the product. This type of cartons allow a savings in terms of logistic space and material costs.
This machine is fully automatic and mechanic with one sole motor that gives the transimission to all cams.
The Maximum speed is up to 90 boxes/minute.
This machine is designed for the introduction of chocolate bars and similar products inside a carton, starting from a flat blank, not glued.
It allows to combine the advantage of the wrap around concept to the standard pre-glued cartoning process. It starts from a magazine with flat blanks. Those will be floded and glued to become a very standard pre-glued carton.
This one will be then opened following a positiove concept (patented system) and will be filled up with the chocolate bars arriving at maximum speed of 300 pieces/minute.
The closing is with tuck-in with or without glue spots on the closing flap. This machine is entirely servo motor controlled (8 servo motors) to allow an extremely easy and fast change over in the carton size and a very comfortable use and set up of the machine functions.
